Single Sessions
$75 per session

Group Training Option
(2-5 Clients)

$45 per session per person
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Includes a structured session for small groups with personalized attention to form and technique.
  • Group clients receive a shared workout program.
Personalized Online Workout Program
$100 (4-week program)
  • A detailed program tailored to the individual’s needs, including progressive strength and conditioning cycles, flexibility, and mobility work.
  • Delivered via email or app with video demonstrations.
Online Check-In
​(via video call)

$30 (per check-in)
  • Includes a 20-minute video call to discuss progress, address questions, and tweak the current program.​​
Virtual Coaching
$50 per month
  • Includes bi-weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support.
  • Perfect for clients who may not be able to attend in-person sessions regularly but still want expert guidance and motivation.​

Program Bundle Discount
10% off when clients purchase a combination of “8-Session Package” and “Personalized Workout Program (Online)” together.
 
Referral Discount
$10 off for up to 4 future sessions for the referring client when a referral leads to a signed contract for a minimum of 4 sessions.  Discount applies to new or previously booked sessions that have not occurred and begins on the date of the new contract.
 
Loyalty Reward
After 20 sessions completed, clients receive a “Free Session” or 1 Free Online Check-In as a thank you for their continued commitment.
